The Lore

Before the test, there was the tower.

Twelve rings. One river. A sentinel that walks them every night.

I.

The Tower of Flow

A cylindrical structure of twelve concentric rings, each named for a domain of resilience. The river of life enters at its base and rises through the rings, one at a time. When a ring weakens, the river slows. When a ring breaks, the flame goes out.

The cloaked figure who walks the rings. Not a doctor. Not a coach. A guardian — patient, quiet, and entirely yours. The Sentinel is the voice you meet in the journal, in the meditations, and in every ring you choose to tend.

III.

The Architect of Breath

Older than the tower. The one who measured the rings, taught the Sentinel to listen, and left a single instruction: keep the river moving.

IV.

The Council of Flow

Twelve elders, one for each ring. They appear in the lore only as voices — pressure, pulse, flow, furnace, hydration, sleep, breath, stillness, movement, nourishment, connection, and watch.

V.

The Table of Allies

Before the Sentinel walks the rings, the Architect laid a table. On it: every food the river needs to run clear. Turmeric for the Furnace. Salmon for the Flow. Blueberries for the Flame. Avocado for the Pulse. The table has always been set. The question is whether you sit.
